Ross Management Group is a property management company that specializes in the management of conventional, tax credit, affordable and service-enriched housing, as well as senior residential properties and retail/commercial real estate. They wanted us to develop a direct mailer to owners and property managers whose properties were leaking profits. The concept was to sent them a mailer with an insert and a leaky faucet repair kit.
