Corporate Branding and Campaign

Gateway Place Apartments is a complex located in Greeley Colorado. They pride themselves on their friendly staff, well kept grounds and state-of-the-art amenities. Gateway Place was facing 125 expired leases in March, we developed a logo, website and strategic campaign for them. Our efforts got them 100% leased by July.
